Shipping policy

SHIPPING DAYS
All orders are processed and shipped the Monday or Tuesday
(excluding holidays) AFTER receiving your order confirmation email. We do this to ensure that your butter, a perishable product, delivers during the week and isn't in transit over the weekend. We make every effort to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your order within four days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@royalguernseycreamery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we only are able to ship within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please include your street address. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and we recommend selecting a shipping option so your butter delivers within three business days. During the summer months or if the temperatures are warm at the delivery location we strongly recommend expedited shipping.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, we ask that you immediately take photos of the damaged box and products. Send us an email at sales@royalguernseycreamery.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim. Please include your order number, photos of the box and the item(s) in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@royalguernseycreamery.com.
