Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground. At this time, we are not able to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

How can I add a gift message to my order?

You can add a gift message. Please include it on the order spreadsheet. Your message will be included on a card inside the box. The same message will be sent to all your recipients.

Can I schedule a specific shipping week for my gift box order?

Yes, you will need to select the week you want your order to ship. We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays of the selected week to ensure arrival before the weekend.

How is my order packaged?

Your order will arrive in a gift box stamped with the Royal Guernsey Creamery logo. To keep the product cold we use ice packs nestled among crinkle paper, which securely cushions each item. A sheet of kraft paper gently covers the product, with a personalized note card placed on top, so your message is the first thing they see upon opening.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required to ensure safe delivery.

What is the cost of shipping?

What happens if an item in my gift box is sold out?

Occasionally, if a specific item in your gift box is sold out, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. We carefully select substitutions to ensure they match the quality and spirit of your chosen gift box, so your recipient will still receive a thoughtful and delicious assortment. If you have any questions or concerns about substitutions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How are your perishable products shipped?

Perishable items are packed with ice packs.

For local pick ups, how do I store these items prior to delivering to my clients?

The butter and cheese need to be refrigerated. All other products are shelf stable.
