Ron and Josie Henningfeld’s line of cheese begins with “fantastic milk” from their third-generation family farm. Romari Farms began in 1942 in East Troy, WI. Their line of cheddar cheese evokes the nostalgic and familiar Wisconsin cheddar that is a state mainstay. Jen did her cheesemaking apprenticeship at Hill Valley Dairy and knows firsthand the attention to detail that Ron has for his craft.
